Facebook Page for Coleridge Avenue Kids

Hi Everyone,

I'm really thrilled to tell you all that we now have a page on Facebook for the Coleridge Avenue Kids. I created it in hopes that it would be able to reach a much greater audience and respectively, we might be able to reunite with more of the amazing kids that we grew up with.

Here is the link for Facebook:

http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2446007209

I'm not sure if you need to be a member in order to browse Facebook but if you do, it is very easy to create a page. I did mine in about 2 minutes.

I have been able to connect with people I work with and others who went to Oak Park Junior High School on Facebook. It is worldwide and there are millions of subscribers to it.

Please sign up and become a member of our Coleridge Avenue Kids page. I can even make you one of the Administrators.

Take care and let me know what you think.

A Day To Remember - The Reunion of 2007

Here we are, the Coleridge Avenue Gang! From left to right, Diane O'Donnell, Peter O'Donnell, Tony Banner and Lynne Granahan. What an amazing day it was too. Tony and Penny Banner picked me, Lynne, up and we drove in Tony's "pimpmobile" to Cobourg, where Peter and his adorable wife, Jan, live. Diane was in Cobourg for the weekend which made it convenient for everyone.

Peter and Jan made us all feel so welcome in their lovely home. I felt as if no time at all had passed since we last saw one another because the memories flowed thick and fast.

Peter and Jan made a fabulous dinner which we all enjoyed. I have to say that Peter is very handy on the BBQ and Jan is a whiz in the kitchen.

It was great that we all got along so well, especially after so many years had passed. It was also terrific that Jan and Penny didn't feel at all left out of the conversation.

I hated for the evening to end because we had so much fun. We are planning another get together again soon, this time at Tony and Penny's place.

I will be creating another post with the rest of the pics taken that day, 26 May 2007.
